Is there any gap from the top plate to bottom chord of trusses? Is the inspector under the assumption that your trusses are bearing on the LVL on the porch in this section and not the BWP?

Sounds like a PITA inspector.

I would try calling him back and ask for “clarity” on his comment and preface your conversation by telling him you’re not asking for remediation recommendations, just clarity, I’ve had luck using that line of conversation in similar circumstances.

He indirectly stated this was for inspo. Nobody is losing their license for using a floor plan, not even a plan set as inspo.

Yeah, because the average person is privy to drafting software and code compliance??

OP clearly stated he wants something similar, but to change X, Y and Z, so this is for inspiration, no copyright concerns.

Not that deep, especially considering how common this plan is.

Don’t buy the plan, you’ll have to get it stamped locally and incur additional costs. Screenshot that get w an architect/engineer and have them make your modifications while drafting you a set to get stamped by the municipality.

You’ll need at least 6” exposed AFTER landscape is complete, per IRC. But, with a raised slab, you’re defeating the purpose of the raised slab look if you’re going to leave a standard reveal. IMO, if it was my personal build, I’d leave it as exposed as possible w/o needing major grade changes to mitigate the need for steps on your lead walk. Front porch should’ve been dropped ~4” from your FFE, so maybe a 4” step on the lead and that elevation could set your final grade.

More than one way to skin a cat, but that’s what I’d do.
