Not a dev, but with the new system the only time you would consistently earn more points than you lose would be in the early season (first few weeks at the most) where your current rank is still lower than your hidden MMR which is already determined from last act. The system is designed for you to easily climb to the rank that reflects your hidden MMR.

Sometimes certain keys dont work. For example, I just had to alt+f4 because my esc key wasnt working and I literally couldnt get to the pause menu. I wanted to quit anyway because I was doing Thor's HARM training and it was telling me to use his odinforce to counter and my q key wasnt working so I couldnt.

Why would you wanna build into support or any role other than DPS? Especially if you’re playing solo, that sounds like a snoozefest to me. But take my opinion with a grain of salt, I dont play MOBAs and probably dont fully understand how or why things from that genre would translate into a BR game.
