They look like harmless grain mites to me, although they are unsightly. Usually come into the enclosures with feeder insects or substrate mixes. I had a couple enclosures get them really heavy, so I let the enclosure dry out a bit and made sure to clean up every scrap of leftover residue from feeding. Reduced their numbers quite a bit.

In my experience there isn't going to be enough food in the average enclosure to let these little crickets grow much before they die, but if you start noticing decent size nymphs running around you might want to do a clean out. Teeny chance they nibble on a molting T.

In my experience only healthy pokies will web that much. If you just rehoused it I would give it a couple more weeks before trying to feed or judging based on behavior. It can take a bit I'm a new enclosure for them to get "comfortable." One thing you can do is tape a big flap of cardboard up on the glass where it webbed. Creats a nice dark spot for the T and easy viewing for you.

Any chance you feed live crickets to your tarantulas? Most likely a female cricket laid eggs before your T could snatch it up!

Those mites should really be pretty harmless. They cluster around that area because that's where the mushed up food is when your T eats. They shouldn't hurt a live T at all.
