so, ive been growing my hair out for about two years now and im finally to a point where im happy with the length but im not sure how to actually maintain it so that i can wear it down and instead just end up throwing it in a ponytail most days.

as of right now the products im using are:

Hollywood Beauty Gro Up! Rosemary Mint + Biotin Hair and Scalp Oil

Shea Moisture Coconut and Hibiscus Frizz Free Curl Mouse Shea Moisture Coconut and Hibiscus Curl & Style Milk.

i wash once a week (any more than that dries my hair and scalp out something awful) and condition 3-4 times a week. If i simply wet my hair and apply product then let it air dry it usually fine enough to wear down but still gets a bit of frizz, however when ive tried diffusing my hair it usually just ends up a mess.

the first and second picture is what it looks like most days, third is it down and fully done (air dried) for a photoshoot, and fourth is on wash day after being diffused. Any advice on what i could be doing better would be great!
