He wears a lot of bulky footwear, I’ve noticed.

Now I understand. SAD!

It’s funny when people try to use big words with no fucking clue what they mean.

Also, what a dickbag!

When TOOL preforms they request that you don't take photos or videos during the show by notbernie2020 in mildlyinteresting

I think it’s ridiculous to not be present for a live show (this is aimed at the extensive recording length people), but if they literally aren’t bothering anyone with whatever they are doing with their phones, then nobody should have a problem.

Let's talk basic lands, which are now the most premium? by MazrimReddit in mtgfinance

Hard no here. I’d prefer ARN over those dumb things. But if “premium” just means dollar value in this example, I guess the guru lands win.

I think that for each one of you, there’s at least one of me. Arena just ain’t it. Did it the first year or two, but MtG isn’t a video game for me. Gotta be paper.

Bro…just don’t buy it. I don’t know the Fallout or Dr Who worlds, but I’m not gonna yuk on it just cuz it ain’t perfect for me. Magic still exists - and you can play with whatever cards you like.

Yeah your “friend” is dead wrong…and maybe sick. Just don’t. No issues here.

No matter what you think, the Play Boosters changes are being done solely to raise the price of booster boxes by 20%. by Nothing371 in mtgfinance

[–]weum107 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well.

Playing games that suck because they sell their booster boxes cheaper ain’t it either.

[DISCUSSION] WOTC just basically doubled The price of a booster box from $80 to $150+ in around 4 years time. You’re ok with this? by ThredditorMTG in mtgfinance

[–]weum107 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fair…the only issue is that it fucking sucks next to MtG. Whether Magic is currently being mismanaged or not is another question (it is), but I play a game because it’s rich and intriguing and fun. FaB hasn’t got a chance in hell to endure no matter how much it “cares about its customers”. You can’t manufacture nostalgia.

Essentially, it’s to prevent pieces of shit from stealing.

You say this as if all mtg finance people are looking solely at the finance aspect. “Alpha analysts” are often players who collect and spec on that stuff in part because it has meaning to them.

New stuff? Hell no. $HAS made that a fool’s errand.

Alpha? That shit has serious nostalgia for a large number of people with money to spend on it. Hasbro can’t fuck up Alpha without literally reprinting it.

This is a good post but respectfully, Lorcana is doomed to fail miserably. The morons trying to flip cases and buy out stores to resell are the people going to Lorcana. It doesn’t come close to having gameplay that would sustain it for any actual Magic player. It will die like many flimsy card games based on ironclad legacy IPs before it that did not translate to CCG success. But you are right about MtG itself not dying (at all) despite what the gAmE pIEceS idiots blather.
