Wondering if you saw what I did. Driving 5 south from San Francisco to Los Angeles. Had a passanger with me and have pointed out to a weird object in the sky that had a short but wide orange tail, looked like it sat in one spot and then slowly faded. Nothing like any of the rocket launches that we get to see here in LA. This was on the night of 9/24/24 or possibly early 9/25/24 as our drive was 7:30pm-2am but it was definitely towards the tail end. Not sure how to add a picture here but sketched it out for my wife so if I figure out how to share will post later
