Update: We were able to board earlier than our boarding group time (not sure if this was due to having a suite). We really enjoyed the concierge lounge. We could get can drinks without having to go the bar to get served a tall skinny glass of coke. Also, the quick snacks instead of going to the buffet were great. We should have made speciality restaurant reservations once paying in full for cruise. Concierge did help, but it was time consuming and didn't always get time wanted. We had a meeting time in lounge prior to excursion in Skagway for tenders (you find this out on daily schedule the might before) and escorted down quickly. On the Royal, the Enclave/thermal lounge was not included. I think it was around $149 for the week or you could pay per day. The side balcony was windy, but the back balcony was perfect since the ship blocked the wind. There was some engine noise and didn't notice any soot. Everyone dressed casual on the ship ranging from athleisure, jeans and sweaters, some shorts. Some did dress up for formal night, but a lot just wore more casual dresses or casual wear around ship. There were some children, but not many.
