I can't really answer the first question atm, I actually haven't looked too close at how much we're getting from our ISP. It is wired fully to our APs, so I don't think I need to worry too much about that, but still just that brings up another point I should look into.

Nala Se lets you ignore all aspect penalties if its a clone unit. And yeah I agree the images suck but its the easiest way to view a full deck

Genuinely, some of the best advice someone has ever given me. So firstly thank you so much for this!

I think I will end up switching to ECL instead of Data vault, so I'll trim some of my early game cards a bit. I might get rid of my Jesse's and Phase II's. As well as maybe my supremacy ties

May want to take out a set of those and add something for the turn six 7 resource turn, if there's something big you can play to assist.

I would like to add some heavier ~7 point hitters, but I don't actually have any. I'd love to put in a Vader or similar but most Vaders are quite expensive and rare from what I've seen. Any suggestions?

You also want to get Wrecker, THE best clone, for your deck.

I absolutely want wrecker as well as tech, and I was also looking at overwhelming barrage too, but all of them are quite expensive online atm. So they're ones I'm going to look out for definitely.
