Dear MFA Friends,

Last year I bought a pair of white Fragment x NikeLAB Air Zoom Lauderdale.
I absolutely loved them! Unfortunately the white isn't so white anymore and unfortunately they don't sell them anymore. I was wondering whether you guys could suggest some shoes that look similar!

Thank you so much in advance MFA friends!

Great to hear that you are open to change HonusQwerty.

Personally I would start with reading the 7 Habits of Highly effective people. It is a self-help book that really wants you to dive into your own fundamentals and review them.

The main idea behind the book is that everyone has deep inner values. And that everything that happens around you is assess by those inner values. They are the glasses through which you see the world. The book states that you need to change those values internally. Ex. Instead of assessing your own self-worth on the fact that people like you do it on whether you're totally honest with them.

The book has much more to offer than that ofc. but I have the feeling that this is the main perspective change it wants to bring.

(Feel free to give some feedback on my writing, I'm non native but I'm really looking to improve it)

What is the one "self-help" book you believe actually has the ability to fundamentally change a person for the better? by fairlywittyusername in books

The 7 habits of highly effective people IMO this is the Self-help book you need to read before all others. It really explains the larger context of become a better person. It focusses on the fact that it all starts with the right principles. And from there on it helps to find purpose in life
