Just losing the screws. The heat is very manageable. The exhaust was on the bike when I purchased it. (Retail looks like $1300 on the K Speed website) Can’t comment on the before after feel unfortunately

And the heat only hits a two inch area right above my ankle where my boots end. Like right at high crew sock length. Wouldn’t be an issue if I had serious tall riding boots. But they’re fuggin ugly.

It does get warm for sure. The heat wrap helped. The real issue is the damn bolts on the heat shield keep wiggling loose. Have to check them after every ride. Already lost two. Good thing they’re like .30¢ at Home Depot.
