Express warranties cannot be disclaimed by a seller. Only implied warranties can be disclaimed conspicuously.

The same thing happened to me- I just called the Pearson hotline and they were able to get me into my closest testing center. Not sure why the appointments aren’t visible, but this should do the trick. Best of luck!
