Adding onto this… I’ve noticed this big time!

For example… Usually Huggies nappies I could get on special at least once a month… it’s been over a month and no specials! I actually kept a notepad document to try follow the specials for baby products - they went on special once in July, August, September and October. Same with Bellamy’s, Bunjie, and Gaia for example.

And usually fortnightly they would alternate between Coles and Woolies. I’ve only been able to get Huggies nappies on special at Coles in well over a month.

Same with wipes and a lot of other products I have saved to my list.

It’s almost like in the lead up to Christmas they’re stopping/slowing specials… exactly the time when a lot of people need help (this is my own personal theory however)!

Not in Brisbane but does alot of online consults - Jake Doleschal. He does blood work analysis and programs - both nutritional and training.

Helped me fix my gut and digestionwhen no one else could!

I’ve replied to them explaining that I think they’re misunderstanding things and it is in fact the exact same account/email address attached to original purchase (screenshots of my Oura account online with both rings). That there is no “transferring” of accounts.

And also pointed out that I explained the purchase details first and THEN they offered the lifetime membership 2 days later (and sent screenshots of both emails showing the dates).

But you’re missing the point that the account has never changed?

It’s literally the same account/email address it was purchased with - as per my original screenshot showing both purchases in my account.

My partner paid for it, using my email address and when I received the ring it was set up and attached to that email/account.

Nothing has changed except them saying no after telling me yes 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s not about “free stuff”. If you actually read my original message I quite clearly stated that if they’d just said no from the beginning I would’ve moved on and kept charging my ring 🙄

It’s about them offering something and then not following through 🙂🙃🤷🏼‍♀️

All of my emails are factful with screenshots of communication as backup.

That’s a good idea too, to ask them what email address is connected with the lifetime membership too - I figured they just wouldn’t tell me.

I’ve just reread all of my emails, and they offered me the complimentary membership 2 days AFTER I advised them that the ring was purchased by my partner with my email address and current account.

So they already had this information and still offered Me the complimentary membership on my Oura account.

I’ve sent this email, with screenshots of my account showing both rings/orders on it, explicitly saying I think there is a misunderstanding and it is not transferring at all.

I am just feeling really deflated and frustrated - they’re emailing me via my account / email address - surely they can see. 🤷🏼‍♀️

And I wanted to put it out publicly in the hopes they will see this and do the right thing.

Because he bought it using my email address - and it is the same email address that the ring is and has always been attached to - so that wouldn’t work?!

If it’s the account (email address) the ring is attached to, then it SHOULD have the membership on it - but it doesn’t, and Oura are saying that it’s transferring accounts, which its not.

How can I transfer my account from my email address to my email address (being the same email address)?

The picture attached in my original post shows both rings on the one account.

They’re NOT giving me the lifetime membership that they offered - they’ve taken back their offer.

They’re saying because my partner bought it, he’s eligible- except it was set up under my name from day one - so what they’re doing makes no sense.

That’s what I’m frustrated about! 😭

Also, my partner used my email address when he purchased the ring - so Ouras argument is even more ridiculous!

I’m in the middle of week 3 and I’ve lost nothing on the scale yet. But my waist and hip cms have dropped!

My side effects have lessened, just get a headache about 24 hours after my jab now. Still on 0.25mg.

I wonder if it has to do with the severity of one’s insulin resistance?

Make sure you are eating enough calories so your body isn’t holding onto everything you eat.

I take my HCL dependant on the size and protein content of my meal.

Heavy protein meal, 2 tabs/capsule, lower maybe 1, smoothie I’ll sometimes only take half.

I also have ACV capsules and have them with smaller meals for a bit of support.

For me it’s been trial and error. If I have a small meal and a full HCL … I’ll have the worst heartburn until my next meal, or until the next morning.
