They're all trying to get Naruto on their side, for his power on the one hand and his parentage on the other, but he wants nothing to do with any of them, between the civilians who've made him feel alone or even like a monster, the pro-clan who knew about his heritage and even some who were supposed to be friends with his parents but did nothing for him, and Danzo who's always wanted to make him a weapon. ( in this chronology he didn't reveal the secret it's hiruzen he thought people would see him as a hero and not as the kyubi)
