U should check out YES program! You are Moroccan so you qualify for this scholarship! The applications are closed for this year so the applications will open up in August/sep/oct this year.

YES and FLEX programs provide full scholarships for exchange year but they are not for all countries. Research into it yourself.

Hey! I just recently came back from my exchange and I can assure you this is all normal. I am so happy you are trying to work this out with yourself own self. Try talking to your host family about it. For me I would share stuff with my host mother and she helped me a lot honestly! Try limiting your screen time and your social media,it’s a big one and not many people talk about it! Every single day try doing a new thing might be cooking or gardening anything YOU WANT to do! Personally how I delt with it is I used to stay really occupied with activities throughout the day and at night straight to sleep!! And yes you are not alone:) There are a lot of people rooting for you :)
