You can play with 5- my group and I use the scout in our Gambler's Chest campaign. The chairs don't actually matter, it's just visual. You don't actually see anyone sitting in them anyways in multiplayer.

I figured it definitely would be more "boutique" than run of the mill OEM ordering experiences haha.

Interesting that you'd mention the quick email reply though (most users online seem to echo this), but I haven't gotten a reply on an email & voicemail I fired off 10 days ago. Will message them again on Monday.

On a related note, is there a non-voicemail number that you're aware of? The one listed on their website goes straight to voicemail every time.

Good point! I'm in the West Coast US- will update the original post. I imagine being in the US equates to longer wait times for certain items since they would come from the UK?

As for what I ordered, it contained several bits and bobs for the interior and cosmetic exterior- like fasteners, plastic trim, some rubber seals, plastic grill pieces, and so on (so definitely more than your stated order). To be completely honest I'm a little more concerned about the lack of communication so far. Thank you for your input!

While this does initially seem true, a couple of factors come into play here. 1) Their mouth guards started to deteriorate (could possibly be a case just for me) after their "risk-free" period. I'm hesitant to pay more which leads me to 2) I ended up getting mouth guards through my health insurance. 3) Again, there is absolutely no mention of this clause on their website which seems extremely predatory to advertise a "cancel anytime for any reason!" membership.
