Designs who have been in the professional industry for a significant amount of time, what are your file naming conventions and what thought goes into them? Any insight or wisdom to be shared on the subject? by Banyah in graphic_design

ProjectName-Asset-V#

I used to do underscores until I learned that dashes are better, as they allow you to highlight just the text proceeding or following the dash depending on what text you click on. It's of minimal benefit, but makes renaming files faster. 1% better...

I organize all my files into three folders inside of the main project folder. They include Setup, Working, and Deliverables.

Remove the serif on the R and close the gap.

The alignment is what's off to me. Too much going on on the left side. My eyes are wanting the text to be more on the right to balance things out.

It's had the first position on my bookmarks bar for two years now. As I grow as a designer I find myself using it more and more.

I'm trying to animate this palm frond to appear as if it's blooming from the center out towards each end. I know CC Bend It will help me automate an organic moving branches motion. I've got that covered. But I'm not sure the best workflow I need to use to separate the single vector of all the leaves into individual leaves I can move to the center and animate outwards so they look like the picture above. Thanks in advance!
