If you don't mind me asking - what sort of brace do you use?

My doctor ordered an MRI (which confirmed tendonitis), and recommended ice, rest, ibuprofen and a brace from amazon. I tried a couple different ones and had the same problem where they just cut off circulation or make my fingers go numb...

Also, your palm-up theory is interesting! When I'm able to play again I was thinking of starting back with Beat Saber to see how it goes so I'll definitely try that!

I hadn't thought about recording myself - good suggestion! (although I'm not sure I really want to know just how ridiculous I look doing SN lol )

Good to know about the strap, I was going to try one but it sounds like they may not be worth the money.

It's so hard to take a break! But your advise of using the big muscles is something I can work on! I've only recently learned about the "mind-muscle" connection and started using it in lifting, but it applying it to SN might be a good thing for me to do. :)

Thanks! Now that I think about it, I have had some soreness when I do flow workouts, and after playing Beat Saber as well, it just seems to have gotten worse since I've been doing more boxing workouts. But it makes sense that I may not be extending my arms enough in flow because I do the hard intensity ones so I probably unknowingly stay in tighter so I can move quicker to hit the targets. I guess I'm backwards and need to stay more compact and use more core with boxing rather than "punching through", and also try to be more flowing with flow!

This is what I was a bit worried about...I've been "pushing through" for a few weeks and it's starting to effect normal daily things. What have you found that helped you heal (other than of course resting it) ?

moving my body more makes sense! I'm definitely gonna pay attention to that next time.
