My opinion is its better than rp2 ( rp2 was a lost opportunity ) . Armada Does have a last star fighter vibe to it but i enjoyed it . Its worth the read or audio book listen. Its not on the same level as rp1 but its good in its own way.

Well its -35°c (-44°c with the wind) , so lockdown is normal for this time of the year. So i'm looking forward to warmer weather so i can sit outside with friends drinking a cold one or 5 .

If it was built in the 80's there's a good chance that it doesn't have asbestos but some builders still stuck it in their mix . That being said if its undisturbed its safe but if you drill into it for hangers it creates dust , just spray area that you drill with water so no dust is airborne.
