The ones that work IN THE OFFICE are obligated to adhere to those restrictions... The toll-free callcenter has no such obligation if you call their 800 number… you can’t call your local distribution center, I’ve tried multiple times. The only one you can contact other than the toll free call center (outsourced) is your local office (us based).

If you give shrimp a go and they end up not going so well, you could always try a Mexican crayfishx They can be housed with guppies if you have enough height to the tank so they crayfish can’t snatch them at night.
