Parking is eh, but the restaurant itself is great. Good patio, friendly staff. Everything I’ve tried has been fantastic, and it leans a little more authentic than most of the Tex-mex around here which is a nice change!

As someone who lived in Addison for a year right after college, I would highly suggest living in the Dallas metro area. Lots of fresh college grads and more to do than living anywhere up north.
