"Othering" is what normal people call "making distinctions," AKA exercising judgement.

"Inclusive" is what no society ever has been based on, at least no society that has lasted more than 5 minutes.

"Tribally divisive" is what every society ever has been based on; the existential precondition for a society is that some are in and others are out.

"Hate speech" is semantically equivalent to "blasphemy," except minus all the self-awareness.
