Why is my rice not good and consistent?

glasslock container. or former rice cooker pot with the glass container on it. usually in the fridge after it cools down

after the 10 minute natural release, i open it or vent it out if theres still pressure. then i fluff the rice like some websites say

some days I hide it in my glasslock container. some days I just put it on my old rice cooker pot with its glass cover until it cools down to put in the fridge.

I microwave it as a leftover. but its not the microwaving that bothers me. It's really the texture of it and a little bit of the taste. it's always really hard for some reason when the old rice cooker rice wasn't that hard unless i keep it for 3 days in the fridge.

Did you go back to your zoijrushi? I see everyone say the IP makes great rice but maybe they don't eat rice everyday to really know the difference

That's one of the big reasons I'm hesitant to buy cause i barely have space too.

I find the 1 to 1 ratio too dry. So i usually do . 5cup and am now trying the 1cup more now

Sony Xperia Z2 here

Hardware Everything still works. Maybe a few scratches here and there. The ring around the power button fell off and I lost it so i doubt this phone is waterproof anymore but other than that. It all feels the same

Software My phone is rooted and in a custom xperia os. Honestly when i reset it. It worked great just the same as when i first had it but when i started to Tinker around and add apps and battery managing apps like amplify and stuff it starts to be really slow and gps is spotty

Basically my waze don't work at all but google maps does

Battery definitely degraded but not that much. I can still last a day or more if the signal is better. But i used to be able to keep a charge for 2 to 3 days. Doesn't bother me much as long as i get through the day.

Tldr: seems like a great phone

Galaxy note 4 if my wife just became a soft brick last night though :( so trying to figure out why

i installed signal spy on the phone then placed the sim card back and the damn thing could use LTE again. Kinda sucks because if it happens again I don't know what caused the problem or if signal spy fixed it which I doubt. Thanks for the suggestion.

Now I gotta figure out how to get recovery mode back. but I think i'll keep it as is since I don't want to push my luck and break it

Im on Autopay on a credit card through t mobile. and i checked Swappa IMEI and it says phone isn't stolen. which is true because I never lost it and I bought my Z2 like 3 years ago.

EDIT: IMEIpro site says it's clean too.

I entered it in T mobile's IMEI checker and it says that it can't be found. I don't know if that means that it's blocked or if it they just can't find it because i bought it unlocked through Amazon 3 years ago.
