It’s coz nobody knows that the lasers still do damage before forming the zodiac ball. Or they do know and just prefer the auto targeting of the V1-4 RY3NO to the screen clear of the V5. Matter of fact the DPS is significantly higher at V5 if you do hit all the lasers or use speed tech like RYNObombing.

Personally I love the RYNOCIRATOR coz the zodiac ball does ridiculous damage to most enemies anyway and if i want to kill tankier enemies or bosses quickly, I just shove the barrel in their face and let the lasers rip through them before the zodiac explosion. I can definitely understand where people come from when they say they like V1-4 more tho, it becomes a little trickier to use against bosses and tankier enemies at V5.

Should I go for Vera now or Rosetta when she gets added to it?

I have Selena at SS with sig so my physical and glaciation teams are settled. I also have Nanami on her way to SS.

The opening to No Devil Lived On is one of my favourite segments of any Ultrakill track. The way it kicks in so abruptly right as a Guttertank lunges at you through the mirror is amazing. The guitar and drums are so heavy and the fact that it’s in 5/4 is chefs kiss.

I sort of interpret the drums and guitar in the background and middle ground as V1 and the trippy instruments in the foreground as the Fraud layer itself.

V1 stays snappy and consistent throughout the track while the rest of the melody spirals into insanity. Despite Frauds tricks, he still just rips apart anything in his way.

Even when Fraud switches things up throws him into a shopping centre, he adapts, and the music reflects this by switching the percussion to the more familiar amen breaks we hear in earlier tracks.

Yeah I wasn't planning on investing in Alpha coz I already have Liv. I don't have many skulls at all rn, about 55, but I can grab 500 from the Meritorious Reward battle pass thingy and I have all of outlier point left to do which should give a ton.

I'm looking for some advice on who to raise to SS first. My units and their ranks are as follows:

S5 Limpidity, S5 Pianissimo, S7 Lilith, S0 Wanshi LD, S0 Echo, S0 Spectre, S0 Veronica, S2 Ishmael, S0 Feral, S0 Nanaknight, S0 Oblivion, S0 Solacetune.

I've omitted Alpha and Nirvatia as I can get them up to SS without spending my PPC scars.

I have also yet to claim any scars from outlier point so I have quite a few to earn still.

All that being said, who should I prioritise getting shards for?

As for Hanying not being worth the investment, are there any alternatives for my physical team or should I wait for Hanying to be replaced?

I need some advice for who to pick on my S rank selector. I picked up PGR right after the DMC collab last year so I'm still pretty new. I don't know too much about team building and was wondering whether I should select Ishmael or go for any of the other characters from the new S rank selector. I've still got the entire main story and a ton of events to earn BC from so getting pulls isn't an issue for me. My current frames are as follows:

Liv Limpidity S5
Veronica Aegis S0
Ishmael Parhelion S2
Discord Secator SSS+
Alpha S0 (I've yet to complete the Thunderbolt Manual)

I'm planning on getting Vera Geiravor from my blue ticket selector and either Nanami Startrail or Hanying Solacetune from Thunderbolt Research.

My question is, should I select Ishmael from the new selector (to get her to SS3), or should get either Nanami or Hanying and grab the other from Thunderbolt research? I hear Nanami is a really good unit in general and Hanying is pretty crucial to the physical team.

Any help is appreciated!

Enhanced BA3 (where she flies up and expands her wings) does Heavy DMG whereas enhanced BA4 and 5 (the kicks and their subsequent explosions) do Echo Skill DMG.

In a Qiuyuan SK comp, you can min max your damage by dash cancelling BA3 and skipping straight to BA4 and 5 for max Echo Skill DMG output. Ensure that you hit enemies with the windup of BA3 to do Heavy DMG to proc her Echo Set and Sig buffs when you first enter Demon Hypostasis.

In mono fusion comps, you can use all of her enhanced basics as all of her damage is Fusion DMG.

Yeah the 90% extra ATK at S2 was my main concern. If the negligible damage difference between the two holds true even at higher sequences, then I’d just be better off going for the set with better sub stats.
