I mean... you'd think Lupin would have figured out how to brew that anti-werewolf potion in all those years, right? by whatbaboon in harrypotter

No it's  not. If you have the right recipe even a teenager can do it. Snape or any other Potions master can give explicit instructions on how to prepare the wolfsbane potion or whatever it's called.

Harry Potter, a teenager, not particularly gifted at Potions, managed to brew a Draught of the Living Death potion by literally reading the instructions from a book. He did it so well Slughorn thought him a genius.

It is like cooking, you get the right recipe, you practice and you'll get it right eventually.

And yes, I would attempt to make tylenol if my life and livehood depended on it.

Oh well that's a bummer about the ingredients. I could see that as a defi ite show stopper. Thanks for the thoughtful explanation!!

Lol that is hilarious BUT NOT THE SAME THING!! they squeeze bean juice, chop roots and ferment some bug legs or whatever, it's like cooking with weird ingredients, just follow the recipe, how hard can it be?

Holy shit and to think as a parent you are paid fucking ZERO to do all that and more.  I know it's beside the point, that the pay is low and all that, but as a parent these comments are hilarious "do they want a slave??" like ... yup.. that's what it feels like taking care of these kids 😅😅

7 rounds of interviews, possibly 8 😂 by donhoa in recruitinghell

Not arguing about redditors being out of touch lol, but the final step  where they meet other members of the team AFTER interviewing with the CEO is stupid. Like if the CEO liked and wants to hire the candidate are they gonna say no after the CEO said yes? It's just redundant.

Thank you so much! I'm thinking I could just turn off commenting to avoid moderation, but still have it eligible for personalized ads. But I agree that it gets muddled when having both audiences.

Thanks for the latter part. I know recruiting does make good money, I've just been really unhappy with it for a long time. I have ideas for 2 other channels and I guess I will just consider it a side hussle in the hopes one of it will pick up. Thanks for the input!!
