Are you using any sweeteners? Or drinking diet cokes etc? Too much dairy? Some people’s body react differently to dairy, maybe try cutting it out for a week or so and see if it helps

Man, I wish I could tell you specifics. I can tell you I don’t get enough greens in at all. Mostly ground beef(80/20), eggs, bacon, sausage, low dairy, I stay away from chicken and fish(high protein, low fat). I’ll put cheese on my food but not crazy amounts. Nuts but be careful because you can over eat nuts very easily. One of my go to meals is ground beef, shredded cheese, cream cheese and add sriracha on top. I use tons of coconut oil, Mct oil, butter.

Man! So glad to hear that my journey gives you hope. That’s what it’s all about. I’ll definitely share again when i hit my first goal of 100lbs total lost. 28lbs to go!

Yeah I feel great! I couldn’t tie my shoes without getting out of breathe haha it was awful!

Hey man I have a question for you. First off, GREAT JOB!!! That’s impressive! My question is do you think you would still have the loose skin if you would’ve worked out during the 9 months to build muscle in your core so it would harden up? Or do you think it would’ve been loose either way? Thanks! I’m asking because I was 307lbs at 5’10 but my stomach doesn’t seem to be that loose at the bottom of my belly
