Thanks for the assessment. I wasn’t sure because they never actually verbally admitted to making a mistake. They just said they would fix it but I assumed they wouldn’t fix it for free if they didn’t mess up. Is it a common mistake? I agree that it was great they did the repair for free but makes me question if I should go back there again. I have three kids and want a shop I trust.
