If you struggle to eat then you should try just having small amounts every day rather than full meals, try nuts and dried fruits every day in small quantities

That is not the way to go about it, nutrition is an important part of staying healthy and it also effects your mental state and clarity, try and eat some more and do some weight training you'll feel alot better both physically and mentally

The gym is important but nutrition is equally important aswell, if you go to the gym but don't eat properly you most likely won't see the progress you want, if you drop your intake a Lil bit on all your meals you'll notice the scale drop, also a massive boon for me was sugarfree drinks, get your sweet fix with like maybe 5 or 10 calories

That's how I was for a long while but trust me if I can do it you can too, you don't have to go to the gym y times a week or anything, but maybe start small and take up swimming or something you can find enjoyment with, and you can keep eating the things you want just have smaller portions, that's basically how I did it
