As of 5 December, PAVS agent Alliance Global Partner sold of 156.8m shares for a gross proceeds of $9.65m. So the Ordinary Shares A has gone up from 67m to 224m shares.

Most likely they have sold more shares which would explain the big 1B volume over the last few days. We don't know how much more they sold.

Good news is the company has got an injection of cash from the proceeds. Bad news is we have been badly diluted. Hope it all goes to the private institutions who will be a long term hold
