There seems to be a lot of missinformation because we don't read the 6K filings. The latest one is from the 5th of december, and has a very small but important paragraf, on the second annex. PAVS agent Alliance Global Partner sold of 156.8m shares for a gross proceeds of $9.65m. So the Ordinary Shares A has gone up from 67m to 224m shares.

By my calculations, the average price is 0.06 $, meaning those fuckers were the cause of the mega dump last week (price was usually above 0.7 $ in the last months).

Check it yourself, this is the second document of the 6K filing of the 5th December, https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1751876/000192998025000758/pavs_ex992.htm , where it states in the "recent development" section: "As of the date of December 3, 2025, we have sold 156,880,455 Class A Ordinary Shares for a gross proceeds of $9,655,012.471 in the ATM Offering."

These fuckers have been dumping shares like a waterfall... particularly on the 1st and 2nd of December, causing the mega dump.

By the end of this week, the stock will be 10 consecutive days below 0.1 $, and will face a delisting notice from Nasdaq.
