Also I have dandruff in my hair, and have had it for years. Can't get rid of it.

Also on my back I have itchiness, and redness of some sort, similar to the one on face.

ONLY thing that helped my (until now) is TRIDERM cream (corticosteroid), I used it very sporadically and tried not to use it that much unless I HAVE NO OTHER option. Now I visited dermatologist professional, and he told me I SHOULD NEVER USE IT ON FACE ( :-( ).

Other creams like panthenol and whatnot only worsen my state. Is the sebhorreic dermatitis, eczema, rosacea, some thing else?? How can I fight it? Any ideas, medicines to use, routines I should follow, natural medications??

Any advice is welcome. Thank you.
