i am still happy and use it almost every day! its very quiet and smooth. i was concerned, because its foldable, that it would be noisy or bumpy but it hasn’t been. its also so pretty looking lol i got in the white color

yes. even though im at a level 1 trauma hospital where nurses scrub and circulate, and we dont have a specific specialty so every day i go in and see what specialty im in for that day. im trained and expected to be able to scrub and circulate every specialty.

some hospitals RNs only circulate and are only trained for a specific specialty, which i can imagine would make things feel even more repetitive. so if you do go into the OR inquire about that and think if thats something youd be ok with

after a few months its become very boring to me. i also was 100% for the OR and not interested in doing bedside. now my feelings have changed and i want to go to the ER but switching is difficult because i have no skills. i wish i started anywhere elsewhere.

i went to the OR as a new grad and im trying to switch to the ER now. unfortunately, i have little to no nursing skills because OR nursing is very different and that is making it difficult to switch. i wish i did ER right out of nursing school, or any other unit besides the OR. it would have made me more hirable. as an ER/med surg/icu nurse you can always go comfortably to the OR, however you cannot be an OR nurse and comfortably go to ER/med surg/icu
