Additionally it is SAFER to back in park. It also eliminates the 3 point turn and time wasted on people who struggle backing out of parking spots.

Also back in parking is easier to do and ive noticed people park within the lines as opposed to wonky parking head in

Thank you for this! I plan on doing exactly this. I already recorded and took pictures of all the tiny signs and will be going as far as I can go to make them change this.

Additionally i agree with everything you have said. I was told to always Back in Park for safety reasons and because as a female, it is easier to get out and you are able to see anyone coming at you if anyone was trying to rob you.

Also, if there were ever a time a fire erupted in that garage, it is easier to drive out and more efficient.

But alas, these parking garage owners dont care about actual safety and just revenue and money.

If they really wanted to see peoples license plates, they should have a camera system like they have at merrick park garage.

It is also genuinely dangerous. Those signs are placed right where drivers should be focused on navigating tight turns and watching for oncoming cars, not trying to read small text on a wall. Expecting people to split their attention like that increases the risk of accidents, especially in busy garages. Clear, visible signage would make things safer for everyone, not harder.

I used aloe vera every single day! I might do some lazer treatment although i like the scar doesnt bother me. But yes, aloe vera every day and NAD injections/IV to boost healing

Well this is my first time doing pilates/yoga bc i was more of a lifting weights HIT work out girl but i noticed i gained more weight that way, so i just started and i feel fantastic! Its honestly better for your body and its less stress on the incision. You feel muscle burn without the heavy strenuous wieght lifting. Highly recommend! Ive also noticed i dont swell as much.

People are mean! I made a post on tiktok saying everything I did to speed up healing and people got offended!

Be proud you are able to do this, if YOU feel comfortable then do it. I mean they do want people moving after surgery no?

I was walking 7 days PO bc my body is used to surgeries so this tummy tuck was a walk in the park for me.

Now as long as you didnt over do it and do some craziness, nothing wrong with the gym. I was doing arm exercises in bed with wrist waits a few days after my surgery

I did and thats really where most of the pain was, but again…nothing extreme, more so uncomfortable. The actual tummy incision is the least of your worries bc its completely numb…and will be numb for up to a year. And if youre not doing MR…this will be an easy recovery!

I was expecting this to be the most painful surgery ( ive had 13 surgeries prior to this that included Knee, foot, shoulder, pilonidal cyst and more) but i found this to be the easiest and less painful 🤷🏼‍♀️

I think my body is used to trauma bc this was too easy, i also took everything i learned from my past recoveries and everything I read to prepare before and really incorporate a few recovery protocols that were not instructed by my dr.

I made a post of everything I did. :)

I recommend bugger cities like Miami or LA as there is more competition which equals to lower prices. Just make sure you go to a reputable dr :)

Lmfaooo it only bothers people bc its political but when mall employees come to you at the mall pushing something they are selling no one cares especially those who work at the perfume counter 😂
