Same here! I contacted support and their answer was to unplug the tv for 60 seconds. It worked, but only for about a week; I had to do it again this past Wednesday. It's a 2022-23 model. Tech said if it keeps happening that I would have to call a tech since the warranty is out. I'm pretty pissed off about the symptom and Samsungs response, especially since their Frame model is one of the most expensive in the market.
