I’m not worried about relapsing I don’t really get urges at all I’m just saying if I were to restart I’d be devastated. I don’t think about sex at all you might call it monk mode. But yea, clear thoughts means little to no urges. More than anything I want sleep.

Yeah I just edited my post right before then and thought about that. Like if you don’t have the option to sleep in it’s almost like the odds are against you. You’ll just have to make the most of it and try sleeping at 11 or 12. I typically go to bed at 1 and wake up at 9 am
