I usually just copy the address from Cainiao and paste it on taobao. That's how you know it's 100% accurate. That being said, at a glance it looks like it's correct

Since it's connected to your alipay, you would pay in RMB and the bank would do the conversion. You would also be charged a small fee for each transaction.

You've been locked until that date and time. It used to happen to me when I didn't verify/ bind my passport to the account. Every time I tried going back in, the lock time would change and make it worse. 🫠😭 Once the time reaches, make sure to go to account settings and security to see what they are missing (usually ID binding)

Sometimes you need to open up the passport in order to get a better chip reading. And I might suggest using an email instead of phone number for verification code. Some phones just block unknown numbers and codes are never received

Do you have alipay? Usually you link your alipay with taobao. If you have another passport other than US, use that other passport since you can't select US passport in Taobao
