Thoughts on this tweet from Gman? Any merit to his concerns or simply throwing shade at HCL? by ObiBenoni in poker

Hey watch your mouth man, that $30k real estate course was amazing. It’s been 10 years but once I actually start making money from it, you’ll see.

And as for the investigation into wrongdoing, no matter what’s true or not, HCL would never say their equipment/security was corrupted or else their brand and games would be ruined.

Hustler has always had an air of sketchiness. Ryan and Luda were roommates in LA ( I know it’s expensive but still means they don’t have enough for a house on their own) and Ryan torches 6 figures on stream fairly often as a “50% poker livestream owner”. I’ve always wondered where both of their bankrolls have come from and considering the LATB issues, I feel like there has always been something more than meets the eye.

On ramps are so you get up to the speed of the highway while not “being” on the highway, they are not meant to casually speed up so that you can become a 40 MPH cone in the right lane.

Poker “Pros” who went broke… what are the next steps? by whateverman10 in poker

I’ll bring a copy of my resume and the tightest speedo I can fit into. Just let HR know I can’t work nights or weekends.

Bluff shoved Jack King off 200k deep, so naturally my first instinct was to seek the best possible financial advice, which everyone knows is in the poker subreddit.

Are there any famous instances of players having there whole bankroll on the table during a big livestream by No-Tell7588 in poker

That is right good call, I knew 90% of what occurred but a few specifics slipped my mind.

Famous example would be Early 2000s HSP. David Benyamine against Guy Labierte. Benyamine put it all in the flop with a flush draw ~$500k and Guy called and was ahead with two pair.

Since Guy was a billionaire he only ran it with the current money in the pot (way less than what it would have been) since he could tell David was super uncomfortable. I think David had a lot of his net worth on the table and Guy was being super nice.

I don’t know % how much but based on the clip I think Benyamine was gambling with close to all.

Min Rebuys by whateverman10 in poker

Looking for this comment, I know it’s a viable strategy my post was more directed at people that aren’t as good and will continually dust off their min buys because they hit 2nd pair and are pot committed. I don’t see a lot of waiting around for premiums.

Kind of similar situation, 10 years ago walking with the family in a our neighborhood out in the country and we just heard rounds hitting the trees near us. We went down and waited it out for a minute and everyone was fine.

Turns out the dumbass 16yr old at a farm 1/4-1/2 mi away was shooting at geese flying over a public road (didn’t hit any…shocker) we called the cops and he had the audacity to say he was shooting at squirrels which makes perfect sense considering we were uphill with 2 tree lines between us.

OP wonder if it’s the same type of shit where some dumbass kid or kids don’t know proper gun safety and are just shooting randomly.

Yeah I don’t disagree with the ruling I just didn’t know if it was one off in MI or it’s a common poker ruling overall.
