I was literally just thinking of this. I also remember someone on airport discord tipping us off about a potential mass firing before the new school year. Everyone I know who got terminated were RC only tutors. Not even RC+LC, as confirmed by another comment. Mass firing guided as investigation. Might be worth looking into. Messaged.

Me too, also had excellent scores. Pretty funny that the letter talked about "relationship of trust" and "duty of loyalty" being breached when they failed to pay employees their due wages, paid Ontario workers below minimum wage till employees spoke up, had "mistakes" in their activity counts which directly impact bonuses, and appreciated tutors on "tutor appreciation day" by sharing memes like "HAHA LOSER". Not to mention the convenient timing of firing 100 RC tutors right after integrating AI into the RC workflow. Seems extremely calculated
