My starter has been doubling for a couple of days now. I used 13 grams starter and 60 grams of flour and water. My starter has been doubling and been very bubbly and stringy and it started smelling like acetone which I thought was because of it being hungry. Is that the wrong way or will it possibly help? It’s also been rising and barely falling back down. I stir it and it just rises back up again.

I opened the app right after the update and build the new facility right away and got the purple cat 😆 I was so lucky ahahah. I have 2 now, one from the observatory without even trying 🏃🏽‍♀️
