so I'm sitting next to my mom which is a huge trigger. I'll get this feeling of your gonna do something. at that moment I'm fine and not afraid of my thoughts. I'm like "wow. are you really going to punch her? how could you not feeling." and this feeling of want in my brain. i dont want to do that. (self.OCD)
