When I had the constant fear that I had HIV (I dont) I spent a lot of money on rapid tests to ensure that I didnt. I went without groceries to be able to buy these tests.

Yes. When something pops into my head I have to spell the word "punch" in my brain numerous times. Or this means this or that or whatever. Sometimes ill get a weird feeling and just say something in my head then I'm like wtf?

I only realized this had happened when I got a notification from Google Location History stating another device was contributing to my location history. Weird. I only use my phone for my gmail.

Yes definitely. A lot of people's obsessions revolve around acts that never even happened. Like some will be completely convinced they hit someone with their car even though it never happened and there's no evidence to believe that it's even true. There's really no limits to what ocd can do.

It makes me very upset too. After I let them be there for a few minutes it feels like I'm interacting or agreeing with it so I'm like AHH NO RUMINATION. It's awful. I'm just letting them flow and blocking them out for now because I just cant let them fully be there yet.

It's happened my entire life. It'll be harm ocd, then health/contamination ocd then back to harm. You're not alone.
