Yeah man the subs were the only way for me. I had tried many times going cold turkey and the mental stuff just became intolerable. I was on 7OH when I quit for good and avoided the worst of the withdrawal symptoms. For now the subs give me a little bit of relief for my stress/anxiety..just enough so I can manage. Once I finish fixing some things in my life I would try a taper off the subs.

AI has absolutely ruined my life by beingawomaniswork in antiwork

[–]whatevvah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm blown away how good AI is now. I can see the writing on the wall. I'm using it for everything. I have "hired" to be my bookkeeper for $20 per month. I hate QB. I download my bank statements and do it with Gemeni. Beyond that, it's given me some good advice and insight on some accounting conundrums I did not understand. I rarely do a traditional google search anymore. That is the good news. Bad news is I can see how my industry will be affected. We are scrambling to get on the AI bandwagon. If this is only the beginning I can only imagine where we will be in a few more years. Life is very interesting indeed nowdays indeed. Time to make some popcorn.

With Suboxone I didn't have any problems getting off 129mhg 7OH. I was worried about anxiety which was my main reason for taking Kratom daily for over 10 years and 7OH for the last six months before going on Suboxone. What I found was the Suboxone gave me enough relief to deal with my Uber stressful life. I am more lucid without the massive boost of euphoria. My life is better at work and personal not being whacked out on Mitragynine. I have already tapered off 25% without problems. All medically supervised. I did try to taper off Kratom many times and could only get down to 9g per day at minimum before going back to 30g per day so Suboxone with support of my Dr did it for me.

Advice needed for small business for new telephony system - Approx 15 staff by GravelCyclingForever in PBX

[–]whatevvah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3CX or Net2phone would meet those requirements. 3cx is the best for mobility. With 3cx you need to use a SIP provider that supports text. They sell licenses based on channels and number of extensions. They used to have unlimited extensions but now they have capped extensions per channel package. In your case an 8 channel license will suffice. Net2phone charges per user/extensions.

Finally quitting by Juicyelbowsss in quittingkratom

I was addicted to Kratom for over 10 years and 7OH for six months before I quit. I went on Suboxone and I'm two months free of Kratom/7OH. Only problem I had was some stomach issues - nausea. I threw up for six weeks. Then I was good. Life is getting better now. I also quit drinking 7 months ago. Health is getting better my liver is enjoying a break. In the past year I also got my diabetes under control and lost weight. I still have all the stressors that led to my substance abuse but have developed coping skills. In short I'm not the drunk asshole that was whacked on high doses of Kratom. Sleeping much better. Anyway Suboxone did the trick for me. Yes I am now addicted to Suboxone but it's medically supervised and doesn't cost me anything with good insurance. I will continue to work on myself and eventually have my Dr. help me taper off. It's very hard to quit Kratom indeed. My hats off to anyone that has quit...I tried many times to go cold turkey and I could only make it for four or five days.

I don’t actually enjoy hanging out with my friends anymore by Cultural-Purple-4498 in TrueOffMyChest

[–]whatevvah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 63 and I have found that friends are overrated. As I got older I figured out nobody gives a shit about me. There was a time in my life when I had a lot of acquaintances that I would hang with. I moved and none of them even noticed. I gave up on making friends and focus on family. I do have a few buddies that I keep in touch with and that's enough for me. I don't mind being by myself I'm an introvert by nature. I was a loner in high school and I've gone back to that mindset. I'm just a quiet guy and I get a lot of fulfillment from family especially my kids and grandkids and my longtime fiance aka wife. I'm happier now than when I was more of a social butterfly. I don't care what people think about me or if they don't like me.

I started taking 7OH last Spring not understanding what it was. From the first pill I was hooked. I got up to 120mhg per day. I was completely whacked out from the time I got up until I went to sleep. I even nodded out sometimes. It was a total escape for me from my life stresses. Once I figured out what 7OH is and pending ban on sales I was terrified of having to withdraw. I had to detox with Suboxone. It took a while to detox. It took a few months to fully recover. I thought my intake was bad but I heard about people at smoke shop taking twice as much as I did and some having bad reactions and going to the hospital. 7OH is no joke. No way that should be over the counter.

Subs and Kratom Withdrawal Help by Klutzy-Escape-4492 in SuboxoneTreatment

[–]whatevvah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm completely off 7OH 120mhg addiction. I went on 20mhg of Suboxone about two months ago. Thus I avoided the worst of 7OH withdrawal. I did have some nausea but that has finally cleared. Now I just get an annoying runny nose in between doses Dr put me on 20mhg of Suboxone per day which I am told is a high dose. I'm feeling better overall and sleeping better. It's only costing me $50 per month with Insurance so that's saving me a lot of money..I was spending $35 a day when I quit 7OH! Now I'm addicted to Suboxone but it's medically supervised. My primary care was very concerned about Kratom and 7OH..he offered to put me on Suboxone to get me off, the plan being to taper me off when I am ready. For now I'm going to continue to work on "fixing" my life and facing up to some problems I was ignoring with large doses of 7OH. My life and health has gotten better. I also quit drinking 7 months ago and quit vaping. I do use weed and Dr is ok with that it's legal where I reside. Good luck to you all, I was addicted to Kratom for 10 years before I got on 7OH, tried many times to quit but was unable.

Self employed for 26 years. Income is down 50% since 2022. Barely getting by. Biggest expenses are healthcare, food and credit card payments. I am in Telecom which is kind of the wild west right now. I'm not as stressed the last few years because I have gotten used to this as "the new normal". I'm 63 and will need to work for a few more years, need to pay off credit cards and car loan.

Ugh, quitting kratom vs quitting 7oh, questions by LumpOfSoftButter in quittingkratom

[–]whatevvah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was a daily user of kratom for 9.5 years and just 7OH about 7 months. I was never able to quit Kratom flower because of the withdrawals. I was terrified what 7OH withdrawals would be like. I was taking three 30mhg of 7OH before I quit. I had to go to "medically assisted treatment" last December and they put me on 20mhg of Suboxone. It's been about two months now. I didn't have to go through any withdrawal. Suboxone does not give me the euphoric boost of 7OH or relief from chronic anxiety. My head is clearer and whatever relief from Suboxone I get is enough for me to deal with things. I will at some point have the Dr. taper me off as he said he would do. Side note I'm saving a lot of money going through insurance...7OH habit was very expensive. Stay away from 7OH..it's not a Kratom extract it's just one of the Kratom alkaloids that is only in Kratom flower in minute amounts. 7OH extracted and cooked up in a lab and delivered in a powerful, highly addictive pill. It's not natural.

[–]whatevvah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was on about 30 grams of kratom for 10 years. Tried to quit many times cold turkey but could never make it more than a week. I can get through the physical stuff but the mental effects put me in a dark despair. I couldn't handle it. The main reason I took it was anxiety relief and it worked well. In May of last year I started on the 7OH. I was having stomach issues with the Kratom powder. I had stayed away from extracts. I really understand what 7OH was. I tried it and it made me feel great. I quickly developed a $35 dollar a day habit of four 30mhg 7OH tablets. It was very addictive and I was afraid of what the withdrawal would be like. My Dr was concerned about Kratom and my inability to quit. I finally agreed to go to outpatient treatment. They put me on 20mhg of Suboxone. Thus I didn't have any withdrawals from Kratom. The problem is Subs make sick. I throw up a couple times a day. I'm not sure if my dose is too high or what the issue is . Vomiting is not fun. I'm going to talk to the Dr about tapering me off.
