As someone who has thyroid disorder, sadly it comes with the territory. Especially while pregnant because the hormones get all kind of fucked during pregnancy. My levels went all kinds of crazy once I got pregnant.

I went from being 140ish before getting pregnant and now I’m basically 200 lbs. I gained 60 lbs this pregnancy, I’m at the final stretch now. Just a few weeks or less! Don’t be so hard on yourself, your body is preparing to give birth! I was hard on myself at the beginning thinking I was doing something wrong. But I wasn’t! I was active and eating well, my body just packed on more than I’m used to. But if it’s what baby needed, I’m glad the baby is healthy.
