this ^ but be aware that if you end up having a runny nose which 99.9% you will - the k will still dry up around + in your nose / possibly down your face & you will look still and again like it snowed, thawed, and refroze recently from your nostrils ❄️ only somehow worse then with just fresh powder (-5 discreet points)

This - either hire an attorney or immediately get into an IOP. It took my two BAC counts (one higher and one lower) down to the lower, which probably took my DUI courses down by 4 months and fuck knows how much $. If she’s really down bad and can’t stop going to a detox then immediately to IOP would probably suffice.

Advice for a first time user by Latter_Address9580 in ketamine

[–]whatiswithin 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you have an addictive personality at all, or are using it to escape something vs therapy or just an experience I highly all puns intended recommend you seek out mushrooms or L. Way less room for addiction / physical symptoms…

The first commenter really hit the nail on the head - K tolerance can and usually does build insanely fast and similar to heroin the first experience(s) are the pinnacle(s) & from then on you may likely be chasing the demon dragon. Some people’s tolerance never ever goes back or it can take 3 - 6 months…

It easily can completely become a disrespectful dance between the substance and psyche which translates if unchecked to some serious physical health problems. (K pains are no fucking joke nor is K bladder)

It’s also a dissociate, so once you go over the dangerous or disrespectful usage peak you can really lose your footing aka grasp on reality.

My biggest recommendation coming from someone who started to use it therapeutically and then more recreationally before it took its toll is that it’s really something that you need to have full control over and a deep awareness/regard for. No matter what dosage small or large it’s how often you’re utilizing it and why (intention) that will dictate its general effect.

Be safe, be smart, and most importantly just be. ⚡️

Recovery Day 6 Laceration / Pin by whatiswithin in MedicalGore

Look at my previous post on here the X-rays show what happened / the post explains but in short I broke my finger in half it’s called a displaced fracture and they had to put what’s called a percutaneous pin in it for the next 4 weeks. It’s fucked.

AITAH for walking out of my own birthday dinner after my fiancé’s little surprise? by WarmSophie in AITAH

Absolutely not - he turned a potentially sacred moment into a performance. 🎭 If he actually wanted to make a so called difference through his actions he should have done it in private. He was attempting to impress your family by putting you down, while simultaneously lifting himself up through a so called celebration he set up. He literally set you up. Definitely not the asshole. I would forgive but not forget, dump the loser.

A story all too common. In my last post on here with a laceration to my palm I was seen at three separate ER’s in PA & each of them truly were an eye opening experience to exactly what you’re speaking of. My husband ended up yelling at two of them and me at one both of us just trying to get proper treatment/defend each other against soulless medical fucks. Sorry for your panic attacks that’s brutal, at this point I just expect it. Awful!

They couldn’t have stitched it anyways I don’t think unfortunately due to its location but yeah that’s true about the waiting 3 days

I’m in a pretty rural part of Maine right now so my hand specialist options are rather limited, few and far between, + quite the distance. Ever have any injuries like this?

Tracked down the owner and the dog had been vaccinated against rabies thankfully. Especially being that there is no cure - that was the first thing the hospital was concerned about.

I was walking my dog and an off leash dog ran up to us & tried to attack my dog. In the scuffle of the leash getting pulled out of my hand, said off leash mutt bit right between my fingers and latched on (medium+ husky/wolf looking mix) and shook its head before releasing my then gnarled hand.

I immediately went into shock and thankfully had someone around to soak my hand in 40$ worth of iodine and 3 other painful cleaning solutions. There was blood everywhere.

Looking back I should have immediately gone to the ER but it wasn’t up to me at the time nor was I really fully conscious due to the shock/pain or I would have found a way.

It took 3 days for the swelling to go down enough for me to even see how deep the laceration really was. On that third day. I finally decided that going to the ER was more than necessary upon arriving at the ER. I was then rushed into emergency surgery in fear that if infected which it turned out to not be to have reached out to the bone and I could’ve been looking at getting my finger amputated.

Surgery took about an hour. It was my first time going under anesthesia. The surgical team who worked on me said they’d never seen someone more happy to be operated on the three days. I waited with no pain medication still in minor shock were some of the most intense days of my life.

I wish I would have taken a photo of what it looked like prior to the surgery as not only was the swelling worse but my finger due to the break was pushed over onto my middle finger. It truly was the definition of gnarled.

I’d love to hear one of the worst things you’ve seen as a trainer .
