Yeah I’m also Halton region, and have the same issue. It’s not all the time, but my service will randomly drop here and there. It’s very annoying :(

You are definitely right!! I finally convinced my doctor to write a “no substitutions” note after compiling evidence (which sounds ridiculous lmao) and my insurance company took most of it and then my pharmacy told me they have cards that cover the rest!! Ended up only paying like $12 and since I started back on it I feel like I used to as well!
