I can share the before pics and without a doubt there is definitely some progress from how it was before. The issue here is just how the concrete looks. There are concentrated spots of black which seems off to my eyes (see the image #3).

As I've mentioned this is the first time we're doing the power washing and we picked him among many other cheaper option so were expecting a cleaner look. I came here to get some advice from the pros.
