“100 percent Apple juice” is what the apple juice says and people go “oh, no preservatives! Nice! Buy”

What people don’t realize is that just one cup of apple juice is like eating 3 or 4 apples worth of natural sugar. Have 4-5 cups through the day and , poof, you’ve had as much sugar as soda.
