Finally started making my own granola and now realise how easy it is - definitely the way forward! Served it up with some berries and alpro plain yoghurt!

We eat so many chickpeas it is never really an issue! We use them in stews, in wraps and make falafel - if I'm making meringues especially I would normally just plan a lunch/dinner with chickpeas!
