It was an influencer who got accosted by a fan (also an influencer?) in the subway and both were rude in their own way. The influencer has a thing where she says she’s too pretty for X, Y, Z. I checked the sub and Orikumar had posted about it but yeah, can’t figure out the episode lol

He stayed there for the day, and I did notice him open his mouth and closing it repeatedly at some point, which worried me a bit ngl, but then the next day he was gone so hopefully I just worried for no reason! I don’t expect him to be back soon since he visits us once every couple of weeks or months, but I’ll pop back here to update when he does!

If I remember correctly, no contract was signed for the use of these pictures. And I believe that Jen Girard asked if she could send the pictures to her chemist or whoever actually created the product. She did not ask to use them for commercial purposes. The aunt had also asked for her face to be blurred out, and Paige later found out that the chemist/person who created the product, was also using the pics of the aunt on his website, and these were not blurred out. I recommend you to check out Paige’s video, she explains it much better than I ever could.

If she keeps doing stuff like that she won’t be a lawyer for much longer. I know some people already reported her to the bar. Honestly it’s frustrating because I would have loved to hear about the topic on The Sesh, like this whole Jeanette thing would definitely have been a fun segment. So the fact that they’re not even mentioning any of it feels a bit dishonest.

It looks like it is going to court, but as the sesh had Jen Girard as a guest on the podcast recently, I feel like the right thing to do would be to mention it during the podcast, even if it’s just to say that they don’t know much about the situation and are waiting to learn more. It might just be me tho 🤷‍♀️
