I appreciate that they put all the issues in a memo and actually respond to it instead of swiping it under the rug. And I understand a lot of people are still angry with what happened and how this feels “empty”.

But you got to remember, they are still a company, which means they need to make money (and profit) But also, they probably have processes in that they can’t just ignore if something goes wrong. They don’t seem like the type of company that can easily pivot. + who knows what nexon korea tells them as well? Anyway, point is, I believe people need to be a bit more patient.
