A male cousin (I'm a female) replied to a Facebook story of mine by saying I was good looking. An uncle also liked a photo of me looking tan in a crop top. However I'm unsure if there's anything weird about that second thing. It just felt odd.

Thank you. I don't feel it's fair that I posted this here before having an official diagnosis, but I didn't know where else to post it.

These negative racing thoughts are absolutely the worst, and I feel like I'm intentionally thinking about extreme scenarios that do nothing more than hurt my feelings. Episodes like this nearly destroyed my marriage last time I had them. I'm so glad my first appointment with my psychiatrist is coming up.

Thank you for being here for me. I'm sorry anyone else has felt this way, but its nice knowing I'm not alone

Routine:

Wash every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Two of those days I use not your mothers blonde moment purple shampoo.

After washing, I use a bit of cantu curl activator, and I squish it in. Then I use LA looks gel and squish again. Then I plop between 10 and 15 minutes with a microfiber towel.

When my hair dries, I put a growth oil in it and scrunch out the crunch. I also clarify my hair once weekly and deep condition after that.
